Ground Floor:
The sitting room is bright and spacious with a palette of maritime
blues paired to blond wood floors and furniture. This mix creates an
easygoing feel for a typical seaside room with all the classic must-
haves: world map printed on wood, helm and seashells pictures on
the wall. This inviting space overlooking the water is the ideal place
for a Play station friendly game, or just to watch TV. The large and
beautiful kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and
marble top, is connected with the dining area as well as with the
outdoor patio for alfresco meals.

The generous patio is equipped with an electric awning to adjust
the shade at your pleasure when it is time for lunch or dinner.
Walking across the well-tended garden, a tranquil sitting area is the

lawn to the dramatic and unique infinity pool, where sunbeds and
