A graceful and vibrant sun drenched villa in the heart of South Beach which is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach and Lincoln Rd. This exquisite architectural gem features an expansive interior, private backyard, heated pool, outdoor shower, cabana with a king sized bed. There are 3 beds/2.5 baths in the main house. The guest house upstairs has 1 king bed/1 bath and a full kitchen. There is a newly renovated cabana with a king size bed downstairs, with a full bath and kitchenette as well.
