Located at the end of l'allée des Cerisiers, three new exceptionally high-quality chalets are built recently. Chalet Irbis, boasting a privileged location, offers a spectacular view of Dent du Villard and the Courchevel valley. Depending on favorable snow conditions, skiing to and from the chalet is possible. Ideally situated near the center of Praz village and the ski lift leading to Courchevel 1850 within minutes.

Spread across four levels with a central staircase, Chalet Irbis showcases chic and contemporary architecture, harmoniously blending stone and wood to provide spacious living areas. Its meticulously designed interior decoration features soft tones and soothing materials, down to the smallest details.

The Irbis offers 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including a
large master suite
accommodating up to 10 people. At the top, the living space
comprises two lounges, a fully
equipped open-plan kitchen, and a dining area, all enhanced by
a central fireplace in a brazier
style for a cozy atmosphere. The floor-to-ceiling windows
provide a 360-degree panoramic view
over a terrace and a balcony offering stunning vistas of Dent du
Villard and the valley.

Upon your return, you can unwind in the wellness area
equipped with a hammam and sauna, or
gather around the fire in the lounge. For a pleasant stay,
breakfast will be served at the table or
on the terrace upon waking, and daily chalet cleaning will be
provided by a housekeeper.
