The relatively recently established exquisite towns of Positano (about 9 km to the west) and Amalfi (about 10 km to the east) continue this history and are conveniently accessible by bus along the Amalfi Coast. LIVING SPACES
Upper Floor: An open floor plan, featuring a fully equipped
kitchen, dining area, and large living area, makes it easy to
entertain in this space. The kitchen features a dining table (with
ten chairs) wrapped around the stove's island. The living area
offers plush seating a large-screen TV, and a two-seat alcove
under the winding stairs. The spaces are thoughtfully
connected through the discerning use of colors, chevron styling,
fabrics, wood, metal, glass, and lighting. Windows and mirrors
show off the magnificent Tyrrhenian Sea and the kitchen?€?s
glass door opens onto the sea-facing terrace.
OUTDOOR FEATURES
The upper floor connects the kitchen to the terrace that offers
ample seating, including six lounge chairs, ten chairs around a
dining table, and two chairs and a small table in an intimate
awning-covered area, where guests can share time over food
and drinks while taking in wondrous views of the rugged cliffs,
shimmering sea, and expansive sky. A private heated swimming
pool lies on one of the terraced areas below the villa. Another
cozy nook, visible from the terrace, features a small lemon
orchard pergola, replete with a hammock. Private parking is
less than 70 steps from the Villa. Approx. 200 steps mark a
direct access path to the water.
