Recently completed, Villa Kumulus is modern in design and is privately located close to the popular, cosmopolitan town of Naoussa. The impressive house design flows effortlessly between indoor and outdoor living areas, enjoying Aegean Sea views across to the island of Naxos. Villa Kumulus spans across two levels. The fully equipped kitchen is located on the first level, along with the internal living and dining areas. Resulting from thoughtful design, the five bedrooms are located in different areas of the villa, allowing guests plenty of space.Located on the first level is the master bedroom and two guest suites. The master bedroom with ensuite is located on the Northern side of the house and enjoys direct access to the outdoor terrace. There are two guest bedrooms, each with ensuite, located on the Southern side of the house. One of the guest bedrooms has twin beds and both rooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace.
Two further guest bedrooms, each with ensuite, are located on the lower level with both enjoying external, independent access. Again with one bedroom being located on the Northern side of the villa and the second on Southern side. The lower level also comprises of a shaded lounging area, swimming pool and outdoor shower. The impressive swimming pool is split into two parts - one shallow end, perfect for young children or if guests simply want to lounge in the pool and one deeper end allowing for swimming.
Villa Kumulus is further complemented with three separate outdoor areas, which can be used for entertaining or if guests are seeking a relaxing space or privacy.
Due to its position, guests will enjoy privacy and a feeling of seclusion, yet are only 7 km away from the centre of Naoussa. The villa will no doubt prove to be an unforgettable experience due to its modern design, impressive layout and enviable position.
