The Villa is located on the southeast and offers stunning ocean and sunset views all year round, with direct access to the sea.
The layout consists of a living room with fireplace and sofas and a living room with fireplace TV with international satellite decoder and Italian sky, the dining room has a table for 12-14 people and a bathroom . The Villa consists of 6 bedrooms plus 1 for the service. All rooms have ocean views with air conditioning, heating, safe, private sound system with USB cable and WiFi connection. All the bathrooms have a bathtub or a shower with Bali stone basins and designer sanitary ware. The whole house is fully furnished with furniture and ethnic objects of design and prestige.

interior bathroom with shower (2 people).
The service room (next to the laundry room) consists of
2 single beds (sofa/bed), bathroom with shower, TV,
service closet and laundry for the house.
