This hillside property is East facing with a stunning view over the valley of Santa Gertrudis, virgin fields with almond and olive trees, pine forest and lush lawns. Inside the main finca you have 4 bedrooms, the original finca style kitchen with chimney and small cosy living room and then three separate guest bedrooms. The main living room with an open plan kitchen is located in the outer building between the main finca and pool area. With its three glass paneled sides, the room is bright and enjoy entertaining family and friends sweeping views over the pool and valley. The salt water pool is located on the lower grounds and surrounded with lush lawns and places to chill and relax. You also find a covered chillout with sofas, floor cousins and coffee table next to the bar area perfect for serving refreshments while enjoying days laying and splashing around in the pool. Enjoy the seasonal vegetables from the ecological garden and fruit trees such as oranges, lemons, clementins and apricots.
