Villa Limpida is a new villa, modern in design and boasts all the newest appliances along with unique works of art. The property is located in beautiful Farangas and is in close proximity to the beach along with the restaurants of Alyki. The house design flows effortlessly between indoor and outdoor living areas and enjoys views of the Aegean Sea.
Comprised of one large structure, the home is split into two wings, allowing guests plenty of space. One wing is comprised of the master suite and two guest bedrooms all with stunning sea views. This wing also includes a large modern kitchen and living area. The formal dining room splits the two wings, with the remaining guest bedrooms being located in the second wing each with their own separate entrance for added privacy. Large modern bathrooms compliment the rest of the house.
Numerous outdoor areas have been thoughtfully created, which can be used for entertaining or if guests are seeking a relaxing space or privacy. The outdoor spaces include a large dining area and an outdoor cinema. At the rear of the house, guests can enjoy the use of an air conditioned gym. Villa Villa Limpida is ideally positioned on the Southern part of Paros, thus minimizing the effect of the “Meltemi” wind, which usually blows from the North during the summer months and allows guests to fully maximize the benefits of these stunning outdoor areas and incredible pool. The house is surrounded by a carefully planned garden which is beautifully displayed in the evenings with outdoor lighting.
