Villa Magnifique is situated in the prestigious Porroig area, nestled between Cala Jondal and Es Cubells.
The property features two impressive saltwater swimming pools and meticulously landscaped gardens, just a 5-minute walk from Porroig and a short drive from the beaches of Es Cubells, Es Torrents, and Cala Jondal.

Occupying a 4,100m2 plot, Villa Magnifique consists of nine bedrooms with en-suite across over 800m2 of living space.

The villa has recently undergone a high-end renovation, focusing on natural materials and a serene, minimalist aesthetic.

Surrounding the property are lush, well-designed gardens that provide privacy and seclusion, with sun-filled spots perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Three outdoor dining areas, each accommodating 10 to 14 people, provide ample space for al fresco meals, while terraces are elegantly furnished to offer sweeping sea views. The garden incorporates corten steel elements and terraced landscaping, complemented by expansive lawns and mature plants for a serene atmosphere. At night, strategically placed lighting creates a magical ambiance throughout the grounds.

For recreation, Villa Magnifique offers an outdoor games area equipped with ping pong, foosball, and comfortable seating. The property features two entrances, providing ample parking for at least four cars. A modern gym outfitted with the latest Technogym equipment and spin bikes is also available, as well as sea toys, including stand-up paddleboards and kayaks.

Villa Magnifique is serviced by a dedicated team of three full-time staff: two for housekeeping and one to manage the house and gardens.

Layout

The main house includes two en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a luxurious 80m2 master suite that occupies the entire top floor, complete with multiple terraces and a private sauna.
On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen, a TV room, and a spacious living room that opens out to the beautiful outdoor areas.
Adjacent to the main house are three additional en-suite bedrooms, two of which offer the added luxury of both bathtubs and showers. Additionally, there is a separate standalone bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, ideal for staff or additional guests.
The second house on the property offers three en-suite bedrooms, one of which features four bunk beds, making it perfect for small children while still allowing adult supervision. The house also includes a sunken living area, a small food preparation space, and one bedroom with a hob.
