Like L’Alpage des Avenières, Christophe has brought the old and mythical Auberge du Christomet back to life.

This summer, this authentic place is taking on all the colours of conviviality and simplicity that we know at this table.

Marinated serac with multicoloured cherry tomato tatin, beef tataki, country terrine, pan-fried chanterelles, entrecote steak, and finally apricot rosemary pavlova or blueberry panacotta, to name but a few dishes, will delight every taste bud.

The love of good things and the pleasure of welcoming you allow us to give back to this place all the flavour that we loved in the past. This summer, a new formula called “Cap Ephémère” will take place before a new look for the winter of 2021/2022.

Under the parasols of the sunny terrace, pots and pans are being used for lunches, sporty or not.
